Play Golf to release Stress
Recreation & Sport July 28th, 2010When you learn to play golf, you will find it addicting. Well this depends on a person’s own characteristics but, people find it hard not to love playing golf. Playing golf can be a good stress reliever to those that are thinking about a lot of things. You can harness those negative thoughts and make it fly away (just like hitting the ball). Personally, when I am troubled I make sure to go the golf course as soon as possible. It helps put my mind at ease just by taking a few practice swings.
When I first started, a friend gave me golf swings instructions so I would be able to hit the ball and make it land as near to the cup as possible. It is a relaxing process (at least to me) and I find satisfaction whenever I make that ball soar high up in the air and make it land as close to the cup as possible. After every game, I feel revitalized and ready to face the challenges that will come my way. Why don’t you give golf a try? It might do you some good, like it did to me.
