I was tasked to take care of our ancestral home for the summer and added to that responsibility, I was also given the ultimate responsibility of looking for maintenance contractors that would be of help in maintaining our so-called ancestral home in the following years to come. No one ever really wanted that age-old house except me who has the best memories of my childhood there. When I got there, I knew how bad the condition was that I immediately called up friends and family members to help me out. Half of them were busy and the rest of them told me they will call back up. My cousin Jane called me up and recommended one company.

It was a property maintenance company she found on an ad somewhere, I was not even sure if she saw the ad online or she got it from some magazine or newspaper ad somewhere. What I was sure about is that I have to take this chance if only so save our ancestral home. True enough, they responded well to what the house specifically needs. And I am sure that by the next time I need some things done in the house. I can call them and they will surely do the job for me again. It’s not about them being there always but it’s about them doing their jobs well. The amount of satisfaction I feel after they did the house was really good. I knew that I found myself a new compatriot in keeping our ancestral house a home.
