My company will be having a charity disco two months from now. Our president said that this is their family’s way to give back to the people, as it is the people who are behind their momentous success. Our department was assigned to be the overall in charge for the event. As a neophyte in this company, this is the biggest assignment I had since I started working here. I was really excited.

We immediately had a meeting to talk about the details of the event. Each of us was given certain tasks, and mine is to look for a Phoenix dance band. My supervisor decided to give me this assignment because she thought that since I am the youngest, I am the best person to look for a band with a modern sound, which would complement our very futuristic theme. The moment I was told about this, I knew exactly which band to hire.

Last month, I was able to talk with my friend, who happens to be a wedding coordinator. In the middle of the many gossips we shared, I remember her mentioning a certain Phoenix wedding music band, which is so good that almost everybody was crying during the father-daughter dance. She said that the band played by heart. They were also surprised when the band started singing disco songs, because they were also really good at it. Everybody was amazed with their versatility. That is definitely the band I will hire.
