I had heard about a new web design company that was opening up downtown. I was not sure if our town could really support another web design company or not but then my buddy told me that most of the web companies do a lot of internet based business so their location did not really matter.

The day that the custom website design company opened, our computer class took a tour of the new office for a field trip. Most of us had never seen so many fancy computers in our lives. They had room after room full of computer equipment set up. They were in the process of hiring web designers and they even had positions for people who only had minimal computer skills, since they could train them with what they needed them to do.

I figured that maybe I could apply for a job for the summer and then I would be doing something that I liked. I loved working with computers, and I think that it came across well when I had my interview with the web design company since I got a job. I worked for that custom website design company all through my high school years and then came back to it every summer during college. I graduated from college with a degree for computer programming. The hands on experience that I had at that web company helped me to decide what to do with my life.
